Enigma DPT and Ultrasonography ("Enigma," "we," "us") is a physical therapy practice in Mankato, Minnesota, owned by Ethan Brinkmann, PT, DPT. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you call, text or email us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email address, phone number and message when you use a form on this site. Course registration and evaluation forms also collect the details they ask for, such as your license number and an emergency contact.
• Calls, voicemails and texts. When you call or text our business number, we receive your phone number and the content of your voicemail or message.
• Basic technical information. We don't run advertising or analytics scripts on this site. Our web host, and the Google fonts and map that some pages load, receive standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your questions, schedule and provide care, run courses and mentorship, issue certificates of completion, and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing. We use service providers to run this website, deliver form submissions and email, operate our phone line, and handle scheduling and payment. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Health information

Please don't put health details in a website form or a text message. If you are a patient, your care records are kept in our clinical record system, separate from this website, and are handled under the health privacy laws that apply to our practice.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and course information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ethan@enigmadpt.com. We'll do that unless we're required to keep it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.

Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages between you and Enigma DPT and Ultrasonography at (507) 204-2326.

What we send

By texting our business number, or by providing your mobile phone number and checking the text message box on our contact form or course registration form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Enigma DPT and Ultrasonography related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and course or mentorship logistics. Messages are written individually, apart from the automatic confirmations sent when you first text us or reply STOP or HELP. We don't send marketing or promotional texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying or receiving any service.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.

Text messages are not encrypted, so please don't include health details. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
