All-inclusive visits
One price per visit. No add-on charges.
Every visit includes whatever your care calls for that day: musculoskeletal ultrasound, dry needling, manual therapy, and radial shockwave at Kinetic. Nothing is billed as an extra, and you will never be quoted one price and charged another.

Radial Shockwave Therapy
Offered on Tuesdays at Kinetic Spine & Sport. Every course starts with an evaluation: musculoskeletal ultrasound to confirm the target, baseline measures, and your first treatment the same visit. The follow-up course is purchased after the evaluation, so if shockwave is not the right fit you pay for the evaluation only.

60 minutes, one-on-one. First treatment included.

Follow-Up Course: 4 Treatments
$210 $52.50 per visit
Four 20-minute treatment visits after your evaluation.
- Recheck, treatment, and home program each visit
- Most courses run 3 to 5 treatments about a week apart
- Purchased at your evaluation, valid 26 weeks
- Single follow-up visits are $130 if you prefer pay as you go
Unused course visits are refunded. Care is never extended just to use up a course.
Shockwave treatment is not offered at Mark 44 MMA. Payment at time of service. HSA/FSA accepted.
