No. Minnesota is a direct-access state — you can be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist without a physician referral.
Do you take insurance?
Enigma is a cash-based practice. You pay at the time of service — no insurance billing, no surprise bills. HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted.
What does it cost?
Initial evaluations are $185 (60 minutes). Follow-up visits are $130 (30 minutes). Discounted plan-of-care packages are available to purchase online.
What is musculoskeletal ultrasound?

What is the RMSK credential?
RMSK (Registered in Musculoskeletal Sonography) is an advanced certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound administered by APCA/Inteleos, more commonly held by physicians than physical therapists.
