It's built for clinicians who want the biology underneath these procedures rather than just referring and hoping.

Straight answers
Can you give me a PRP or stem-cell injection?
No — those are performed by a physician, and they sit outside physical therapist practice. Enigma provides the rehabilitation and guidance around the procedure, plus referral coordination when one is warranted.
Will you tell me whether I should get one?
That decision belongs to you and the physician performing it. What Enigma can do is make sure you walk into that conversation informed — what's involved, the realistic timeline, and the rehab commitment on the other side.
Do I need to have had a procedure to come in?
Not at all. Plenty of people arrive weighing one up, and a fair number find a well-built loading program handles the problem without it. That's a legitimate outcome and worth exploring first.
